Directions

Find Queen st (parallel to Princes st but next along further north). Go east along Queen st, York place. Turn left downhill at large roundabout. Turn right at next roundabout. Enter London Rd but dont go along London Rd - cut accross oncoming traffic - i.e. turn right onto Blenheim Place (note red petfood shop - 'Dofos') Go uphill 300 yards - no 37 Royal terrace.
