The Capital Guest House is located on the South side of Edinburgh, in a row of Victorian style houses. There are 7 bedrooms (a mix of double,twin and family rooms). Five of these are en-suite, the remaining two bedrooms have private bathrooms just outside the bedrooms doors (no shared bathrooms) All rooms are equipped with hospitality trays, The establishment is totally non-smoking and tastefully decorated with a warm and relaxing theme. Located within walking distance away from the city centre which includes many tourist attractions such as Edinburgh Castle, Royal Mile, Holyrood Palace, Museums and Galleries etc. Excellent bus service from front of the door. The guest house itself has off street parking for some vehicles and also free parking is available within walking distance in side streets.

City centre - Train: From Edinburgh Airport 25 minute by taxi at cost of around £20.Or by Airport bus to City Centre to Waverly train station. From station by taxi in 10 minute or by public transport bus No 42,67 to front of Capital Guest House (Mayfield church bus stop). By car follow (702) to Edinburgh, also from Edinburgh City Bypass take junction for (702) to City Centre, take right turn into Cluny Gardens from Morning side,follow the road to end of West Savile Terrace to Mayfield Road, turn left. we are No 7
