We are a small family run guest house ideally situated minutes from the City-by Pass and 20 minutes from Edinburgh City Centre. With Five Ensuite Rooms that have everything a guest could require for your stay to the Lothians. All rooms are individually designed with period features and all have flat screen tv, teacoffee making facilities, ironing facilities and free wi-fi throughout. We have free secure parking spaces in our car park and covered parking for motorcycles and bicycles. It is possible to provide small light snacks if arranged in advance. An Opulent but very casual affair - we cater for business to family to tourist alike. Set in 1.5 acres of gardens we can guarantee a peaceful nights sleep in one of our comfortable appointed rooms. Set yourself up with one of our hearty cooked to order full Scottish Breakfasts using all local produce with complimentary morning papers. Our breakfast room has views to our gardens with an enclosed swing and playarea for families to avail of. We are the perfect base to take in all the wonderful things that Edinburgh and the surrounds have to offer. With Rossyln Chapel nearby and a wide range of golf courses close by with the option of borrowing some clubs from us. Walkers and wildlife-lovers can explore the surrounding coast and take in East, West and Midlothian perfect for beach walks in Gullane or Yellowcraigs and walks along the Pentland Hills and country parks to explore like Vogrie and Dalkeith. There is the 31 bus service that runs directly outside which is only 30 minutes to the City and costs £1.50.
