Directions

from the south west M6- M74-A702, via Abingdon, and Biggar, to city outskirts at Fairmilehead. Follow signs to City centre, via Comiston road, and Morningside road,,on to traffic lights at Churchhill. Turn right at the lights, and follow the main road via Churchhill, Streathearn place, Strathearn road, and Grange road. Seton Place is the 4th turning on the right, along the Grange road.From the south east on the A1. Take the A720 Edinburgh City Bypass westbound to the 1st junction roundabout at Sheriffhall.move to the right hand lane of the carriageway. Take the 4th exit Old Dalkeith Road towards the City centre. Continue on towards the centre. When apprximately 2 miles from Seton Place, you will approach a large junction roundabout, at Cameron Toll shopping mall. Take the 2nd exit, and procede to the next junction traffic lights. Turn right towards the city centre, Craigmillar Park- Mayfield Gardens - Minto Street. At the end of Minto Street, turn left at the traffic lights, into Salisbury Place. Proceed forward through the next set of lights, into Grange Road. Seton Place is the 2nd on the left along the Grange RoadFrom the north . Passing over the Forth road bridge, follow the signs for Edinburgh City centre. On reaching the centre, at the west end of Princes street,.You will encounter major road works at this point. Follow the main flow of traffic along the diverted route via Queen street, to the roundabout at Leith street, and the St James Centre shopping mall.Take the 2nd exit off the roundabout, and continue up Leith street towards Princes street, with the King James hotel on your right. Take the 2nd exit through the lights, before the Balmoral hotel. (look for the clock tower ) above the hotel. You are now on North Bridge.Continue heading south away from the centre, along South bridge- Nicolson street- Clerk street, on to Newington road. Turn right at the traffic lights into Salisbury place, on to Grange road. Seton place ic 2nd on the left off the Grange road. From the west.
